Modern Technology & Business Practices

StenTel’s platform allows for secure, encrypted file transfer through SFTP, VPN or TLS upload to our web portal and production systems.

All U.S. workforce:  100 percent of our data entry work is done in the continental United States.  Much of our work involves highly sensitive projects, in which case the work can be completed in the key card secured production areas of our headquarters office.

Restricted Access and Monitoring:  Electronic access points monitor user activity throughout the office, and only users with appropriate clearance are allowed into areas where sensitive work is being performed.

Background checks:  All employees must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Confidentiality agreements:  All new hires are required to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as a condition of employment.
