Reception/Word Processing Specialist

Seeking a Receptionist/Word Processing Specialist to work in our Boston office. The position will require a professional, friendly personality to greet attorneys and clients arriving at our office. It will also require some typing of Court Hearings and/or legal statements. The hours are normally 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility in hours.  Mother’s hours will be considered.

Word Processing

Seeking full-time Typists to work in our Springfield or Providence offices.  You will transcribe digitally recorded statements from insurance carriers using our proprietary transcription platform.

Salary: You will be paid on production with production level increases, potential to earn $30/hour depending on typing speed and accuracy.

Required Skills:

      • Excellent grammar
      • Experience with  newer versions of Microsoft Word and Windows computer OS (Windows 7 Preferred)
      • Ability to work independently
      • Previous office work and professional work experience
